Project: Mozzarella Cheese

I've thought a lot about making cheese before, but its just something I never got around to...until now.  With my husband trying to master the art of amazing pizza crust, I thought it was a perfect time to take a stab at making my own mozzarella cheese.  Alas...its a homemade pizza party!  Project one is officially underway!
